SOLVED: Can’t use Remote Desktop from Remote Web Workplace IE9

Windows 8 can’t use Remote Desktop from the Remote Web Workplace with IE9

This is a known issue with IE9 the following resolutions:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Navigate to your RWW site
3. Click Tools – Internet Option
4. Next click the Security Tab
5. Then click Trusted Sites
6. After that, click the Sites button
7.  Next, click Add
8. Finally, click Close
9. In the Address area of IE click the compatibility button as shown in the image
